I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were facing away from the street, which made it beautifully quiet. They had everything I needed, from a kettle to a well-stocked and reasonably priced mini-bar. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a great night's sleep.

The location was absolutely excellent, just next to the M1/12 tram stop that takes you to Alexanderplatz, Hackisher Markt, and Museum Insel. It was very convenient and easy to explore the city from there.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-prepared with a kettle, making them comfortable enough, although the bed was extremely hard. The service was friendly and helpful, but could have been more welcoming with warmer smiles. The location was excellent, with great transport links and surrounded by a charming and calm neighborhood in Berlin. The dining options were acceptable but somewhat limited, although there were plenty of nice coffee shops nearby.
